Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo are pleased to announce they have signed an agreement for lease with PVH Corp., whose brands include Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, to relocate their UK headquarters to a brand-new building at Television Centre - 1 Wood Crescent.
1 Wood Crescent, a 9-storey building with 111,765 sq ft of prime office space, will be located on the west side of the Television Centre campus and will include multiple terraces as well as a ground floor reception and café, all with views over Hammersmith Park and the surrounding White City area and beyond.
Designed by architects Morris + Company, construction of 1 Wood Crescent is scheduled to start immediately and be completed in Q1 2023 by construction company Laing O’Rourke.
PVH Corp., an S&P 500 company, is one of the world’s largest and most admired fashion and lifestyle companies with over $9.9 billion in annual revenues in 2009, owning several prestigious international brands including Calvin Klein, Van Heusen, IZOD and TOMMY HILFIGER. Moving from their current base on Brompton Road near Harrods in Kensington, PVH Corp. in the UK will be leasing the top 5 floors of 1 Wood Crescent, totalling 50,000 sq ft of space.
